We photographed a wedding she coordinated some time ago, and it was absolutely stunning—despite cold, rainy conditions that might have sent less experienced planners into a panic. So Much Attention To Detail

When you’re working with A Touch of Whimsi Weddings, Kate’s attention to detail is one of the first things you’ll notice. She’s incredibly on-time and usually has the answer that you’re looking for. I never really know what to expect when working with a new wedding planner but Kate made my first experience working with her INCREDIBLE. I knew everything that I needed to know minus all of the fluff that I didn’t. Something that’s incredible when you’re a wedding photographer in the Nashville area.

Firm but Kind

As a wedding photographer in a venue that you’ve never shot before, or other vendors that you don’t typically work with, it’s a valuable thing when you end up in a situation like I was with A Touch of Whimsi Weddings. Kate was very firm about how the plan was going to go for wedding day but extremely kind. This may sound like a silly thing to point out, but often times, it’s pretty common for wedding planners or other vendors to treat a photographer they haven’t worked with before like they don’t really know what their doing. So this was a breath of fresh air.
